Terms and Conditions – Corporate Clients only

These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between Team Birath AB (“Team Birath”) and corporate clients purchasing digital or in‑person services, including, lectures, courses and training programs, mentorship, webinars, and similar offerings. All services provided by Johan Birath are exclusively for business use.

Orders and Payment

  • Services are invoiced or paid in advance via invoice.

  • Payment terms are 20 days net from invoice date unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments are subject to interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.

  • Ownership of all materials delivered under a contract remains with Team Birath until full payment has been received.

Access to Digital Services

  • Access to online courses, webinars, or digital materials is granted for the period specified in the agreement or order confirmation.

  • Login credentials are personal to the purchasing organization and may not be transferred or shared outside of the agreed participants.

  • Team Birath reserves the right to suspend access if payment is overdue or misuse is detected.

Study and Certification Terms

  • Individual courses and course programs provide 365 days of access unless otherwise agreed.

  • Certification requires a minimum score of 80 percent on the knowledge assessment. Two retake attempts are included; further attempts require re‑enrollment.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 14 days before the scheduled start date of a live session or program. Later cancellations are charged at 100 percent of the agreed fee and are stipulated in all client agreements.

  • Team Birath reserves the right to reschedule or modify a service due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be offered a new date or equivalent service.

Liability and Limitation

  • Team Birath’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

  • Team Birath shall not be held liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, revenue, or data.

  • The company maintains liability insurance through Länsförsäkringar.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to training materials, recordings, documents, and assessments, remains the exclusive property of Team Birath AB and is protected by Swedish and international copyright law.

Reproduction, distribution, or public use of materials — in whole or in part — without written consent from Team Birath is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the agreement shall be settled by the Stockholm District Court as the first instance.

Team Birath may, at its discretion, follow recommendations from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), even though these Terms apply only to business clients.
